These may include inherited patterns of emotional expression, attachment issues, or repeating relationship dynamics, often unconsciously adopted from ancestors.    - The transmission of generational trauma and unresolved emotional patterns can influence an individual’s physical and emotional health, contributing to conditions like anxiety, depression, and chronic illnesses. Ancestral healing helps individuals address these generational patterns at their root, often leading to improvements in physical and emotional well-being.
 
3. Session 3: Healing Ancestral Patterns around Money 
2 JANUARY 2025 - LIVE - 21h to 22h30 (Lisbon time)
 - Money patterns are often influenced by family beliefs and generational conditioning about abundance, scarcity, and self-worth. Beliefs like “money is evil” or “we don’t deserve wealth” may be inherited from past generations and can manifest as financial difficulties or self-sabotage. By addressing and releasing these inherited beliefs, you can create a more empowered relationship with money​, allowing prosperity to flow with ease.
